NEPAL FLOODS

This year Nepal has suffered the worst floods since records began.

The rain and floodwaters have also triggered massive landslides.

Over 230 people are known to have died and 81,000 people have been displaced from their homes.

Disaster Aid Australia is currently planning a Smart Aid response to these catastrophic events in conjunction with Disaster Aid Nepal.

This will include assistance with both Safe Drinking Water and Shelter.

We are targeting our response at Bethanchowk Rural Municipality and Bhumlu Rural Municipality, both East of Kathamndu.

If you want to support Disaster Aid Australia, and Disaster Aid Nepal, in this response you can make a donation at the below link:

DONATE

Charity donations of $2 or more to Disaster Aid Australia are tax-deductible in Australia.
